Welcome to Bollhost! These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of our web hosting services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration:
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. Server abuse includes but is not limited to the following:

- Denial of Service (DoS) Attacks
- Hacking/cracking (including exploits)
- Spamming
- Phishing or malware distribution
- Sale of controlled substances or online pharmacies
- Warez, image/file dumps, and other unauthorized services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in any malicious activities, including reporting the activity to the appropriate authorities.
3. Domain Registration
Eligibility:
To register a domain, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
Domain Registration Process:
Domain registration is subject to availability and approval by the domain registry. Once confirmed, registration is complete. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
Accuracy of Information:
You are responsible for ensuring all WHOIS information is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of your domain.
Renewals and Expiration:
Failure to renew your domain may result in the loss of your domain. We are not liable for the consequences of failing to renew on time.
Domain Ownership and Use:
The domain owner is responsible for its use, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Domains may not be used for illegal activities, spamming, or distributing harmful content.
Suspension and Termination:
Domains may be suspended or terminated for non-compliance, non-payment, or legal requirements.
4. Storage Policy
Our hosting services are optimized for website hosting, not file storage. Hosting video/music, large non-website-related files, or using the service as a backup solution is prohibited. The maximum storage for each email account is 512MB.
5. Content Policy
We reserve the right to suspend services for hosting any content that promotes adult material, racism, violence, or other inappropriate material. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pornographic material
- Defamatory content
- Extremist content
- Gambling and other unlawful activities
Email Services:
Each email account has a maximum storage size of 512MB. Please regularly manage your email storage to avoid disruptions.
6. Uptime Guarantee
While we strive to provide reliable services, we are not liable for downtime caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Third-party service failures
- Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
Scheduled maintenance will not count towards uptime guarantees. We will notify you in advance when possible.
7. Adult Content
Our hosting services strictly prohibit the hosting of adult content, including pornography, sexually explicit material, or anything inappropriate for minors. Any such content will result in immediate suspension of your services without notice.
8. Backups and Data Policy
We do not provide data backups for your account. It is your responsibility to maintain regular backups. We are not liable for any data loss, including loss due to corruption, accidental deletion, or hardware failure.
9. Copyrighted Content
You must ensure that content hosted through our services does not infringe upon any copyright laws. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have uploaded or distributed infringing content, we may immediately terminate your account.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to copyright infringement.
10. Spam / Mail Policy
We prohibit spam or bulk emailing. Sending unsolicited emails or subscribing email addresses to any mailing list without permission is prohibited. You may send up to 100 messages per hour. Violations may result in a fine for blacklist removal.
11. Use of Services / Content
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, including telecommunications, data protection, and intellectual property laws. Any content that infringes on the rights of third parties or violates applicable law will result in suspension of services.
12. Payment Information
By signing up for our services, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees as specified in your order. Failure to pay these fees may result in the suspension or termination of your services.
13. Account Termination Policy for Overdue Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, your hosting account will be terminated. All data associated with the account will be permanently removed. It is your responsibility to maintain regular backups of your data.
14. Account Setup and Email
Your account will be set up after payment is received and we or our payment partner(s) verify your order for fraud prevention. You are responsible for providing a valid email address during registration.
15. Data Migration Policy
We do not offer migration assistance. Customers are responsible for handling their own migrations.
16. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion for any reason.
17. Legal
We have the right to change prices, policies, and configurations of any account at any time without prior notice.
By using our Services, you indemnify Bollhost for any violations of the service agreement or laws that result in loss to Bollhost or third-party claims.
18. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
